The situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change daily, and we are doing our best to keep up with continually evolving federal and state recommendations and requirements.
Update – 03/18/2021
First and foremost, we hope this update finds you, your families, and you co-workers healthy and safe. Like us, for many of you, your co-workers are your family. In times like this, we do what we can to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities. So a huge thank you for all the patience you’ve shown us over the past three months while we all navigated this continually changing pandemic.
For those of you located in Massachusetts, thank you for working with us while our store remained closed through Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the State’s re-opening. As we’ve been continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation locally, we have decided to reopen the Worcester, MA store to customers in a limited fashion.
Our new store hours will be Monday through Thursday, from 8:45 AM until 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on weekends. At this time, we will only be allowing up to four customers into the showroom at a time to allow for better distancing. For the time being, we have also restricted access to customers from coming into our tool warehouse.
All customers will be required to wear a mask while in the store. Forgot your mask? Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered.
While we prepare for a more typical store experience, we want to remind of our additional options that will allow you to skip waiting lines and limit your in-store contact. We’ll continue to offer (and encourage you) to use our buy online, curbside pickup option.
Our call volume has been much higher than normal lately, and we really appreciate your patience with us as we get back to you. Email and Live Chat on the website may be the quickest way to reach us with questions. If you need a response via phone, please leave your phone number as well, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Supplier Delays: It's no secret that many of the brands that we carry are facing significant backorders on tools and accessories. Some of this has to do with production, but the biggest impact is coming from the global shipping container shortage and lack of space on the container ships. Please refer to the product pages on the website for availability. We're doing our best to update daily as we get new information from our vendors.
